Reformatting the hard drive on our SUN 3/260 solved our problems
("sd0: Excessive soft errors - check drive" messages and disrupted
software performance), but it did not last too long. So we are going to
replace the drive itself. Has anyone done this already? Given that it is
the right type (SCSI), will any 'size', any make do the job, or are there
some other limiting factors? I am poised to go shopping, credit card in
my hand. Thank you.
