Hi All,

I am soliciting suggestions from everyone on what maintenance procedures

need to be documented (or better documented) by Cameca for the maintenance

of our microprobes.



If you have a moment to think about this please let me know what comes to

your mind, and I will compile a list and forward it to Dan Jacobson who has

promised some action on this issue.
