Subject: B and Mo problem

I have a user looking at B-Mo-Si; there is a severe problem that we

cannot figure out re B and Mo. There is a nice peak at the B Ka peak

position on pure Mo; Cameca's software suggests a second order Mo "Mc"

line (what is that!) not too far away but I find no reference to it

in the standard tables and texts. Anyone every handled this??? We tried

differential mode with a tight window (1.0 v) and it still was there.
