Subject: Spec. motors



We would like to send a request out to all Cameca users re: their

supplier of spectrometer motors. One of ours just burned out and we were

checking into suppliers other than Cameca. The Cameca quote is $1,080. In

the past we had order them from Stock Drive, but they no longer make them.

Another co., Portescap, does make them and charges only $533, but it would

take 16-18 weeks for delivery. Do any Cameca users have recommendations for

another source for the motor?
