Subject: Buggy Qualitative Software; Web Sites

Folks:



I have spent a couple of frustrating days trying to figure out how the

"new" version of Qualitative - Acquisition works. Andy Davis and I loaded

the latest version ("3, release 2") on my Sun a couple of weeks ago (mainly

to help out on integral Quanti--which works good now), but now I find a

bunch of bugs that make use of the "new and improved" Quali hopeless. Ed

Vicenzi apparently noticed these and reported it to Andy Davis a while

back.

Has anyone else out there had problems with this software? Let me know, and

also let Andy Davis know!



Also, I just heard from Mike Comerford that he's close to getting

"archives"

set up of SX50 user communications etc on a web site there at Ohio State.

(I just set up a site myself: see my signature for the URL. If you have a

site I haven't listed, let me know and I'll add it.)
