a few minutes. A FAX I sent to Paris was sent back to Conn. with no help
from either. Only incorrect information. We ended up in a big risk due to
their lack of communication between Paris and Conn. Users group should
address how US Cameca is treated like a unwanted step daughter. I know
people in both groups are good, but they seem to have a major ego conflict
at our expense. In Conn. they spend too much time worrying about blame and
not enough time on fixing problems. I suspect they are too focused on
$$$$.
