We do have a brand new Cameca at our lab (few weeks ago), replacing an
older one.
I'm not personnaly involve to run it, but I transmit your message to
Jacques Wautier, who is chief technician for u-probe. The machine is still
in installation procedure with Cameca'personnal. You can reach Jacques at
